Estimated Shipping Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours on any given business day. All orders are estimated to arrive within two business days from shipment date in North America. International shipping will vary based on country.

Rush Shipping

In case you need your order shipped rush on an overnight carrier please email info@soundeffectsshop.com and provide your name and purchase order number given to you when you purchased your product. We will provide you with the information to promptly rush your order.

Returns

If for some reason your product from The Sound Effects Shop arrives damaged, SES provides a window of 30 days to return a SES product. Please ship the product back to us and email info@soundeffectsshop.com to have your charges promptly refunded.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Your order confirmation will provide the total value of your order and the method of its shipment, and it will confirm that this amount has been charged to your credit card. It will not include the value of any local Customs import duties or taxes.
